Yes, without exception. Seneca Security carries full general liability insurance and we are licensed as a low-voltage contractor in New York State. We can provide certificates of insurance naming your building or management company as an additional insured, and we'll supply whatever documentation your co-op board or building manager requires before we set foot in the building. This is standard for us — we work in Manhattan buildings regularly and we know what's expected.

For a residential apartment or small retail space, a straightforward wired PoE camera system with a recorder typically runs between $1,500 and $4,000 depending on the number of cameras, the complexity of the cable run, and whether any conduit work is required. Manhattan installs can run toward the higher end of that range when building rules require conduit in common areas or when walls are particularly difficult to work through.
