Both. Seneca Security is licensed and insured in New Jersey and New York, so there is no gray area about which side of the Hudson we are on. Whether a job needs a permit depends on the work and the building, and we flag that during the site visit. Many commercial and multi-unit buildings ask for proof of insurance from any contractor before work starts, and we provide it.
