What We Install

Residential AV Services

Everything from a single TV mount to a full home theatre — all done with cables inside the wall and a clean finish.

TV & Monitor Wall Mounting

Flat-panel TVs mounted to studs, concrete, or brick — correctly anchored so they stay put. Full-motion, tilting, or fixed mounts. Weight capacity assessed before any hardware goes in.

All Cables Hidden

HDMI, power, and AV cables run inside the wall between the TV and the media cabinet or outlet. No surface raceways on finished drywall — the wall looks like the TV is floating.

Home Theatre Setup

Projector and screen installation, surround sound speaker placement and calibration, AV receiver configuration. Full system tested and calibrated before we leave.

Whole-Home Audio

In-ceiling or in-wall speakers wired through multiple rooms. One source, multiple zones — kitchen, living room, bedroom, and outdoor terrace all running from a single amp or multi-zone system.

Outdoor Speakers

Weather-rated speakers mounted to the exterior, terrace, or backyard — wired back to your indoor system or a dedicated outdoor amp. No exposed wire runs.

Bedroom & Living Room Installs

Single TV or media room setups with everything organized at the source: AV receiver, streaming device, cable box, and game console — all wired cleanly in a cabinet or media closet.

Why It Matters

Professional vs. DIY Installation

The difference shows up immediately — and stays visible every time you walk into the room.

Common DIY & Budget Install Problems

  • Cables hanging down the wall — ruins the look of any room
  • TV mounted to drywall anchors that loosen or pull out
  • HDMI and power cables zip-tied to a surface raceway that doesn't match the wall
  • Surround sound speakers placed wrong — poor coverage and bad acoustics
  • Conference room-style cable clutter behind the TV cabinet

What a Professional Install Looks Like

  • All cables routed inside the wall — clean finish, nothing visible
  • TV anchored to studs or masonry with hardware rated for the display weight
  • No surface raceways on painted drywall — cables go in the wall
  • Speaker placement designed for your room's dimensions and layout
  • AV cabinet organized with labeled connections — serviceable by anyone

FAQ

Common Questions

Yes. Concrete and brick mounts require masonry anchors rather than studs, but are actually more secure when done correctly. We carry the right drill bits and hardware for both. The installation looks identical to a drywall mount when finished.
A standard TV mount with cables run inside the wall (existing outlet at TV location) typically runs $350–$600 installed. If a new power outlet needs to be added at the TV location, an electrician is required for that portion — we coordinate this or you can arrange it separately. Full home theatre setups run $1,500–$5,000+ depending on complexity.
Yes, though concrete or masonry mounting is required in that case. We'll identify what's behind the wall and specify the right hardware. In some NYC apartments, the entire wall is concrete — we handle this routinely.
For most installs, yes — we'll have questions about the final position of the TV and cable routing decisions. For straightforward single-TV mounts, the job takes 2–4 hours. We'll confirm a specific time window when you book.
In most apartments, yes — in-ceiling speakers are drilled through drywall ceilings. In co-ops or condos, we recommend checking with your board before any in-ceiling work, as some buildings require approval. We can advise on what's typically permitted.
