Audio and video repair for any room, any brand.
Boardroom AV dead before a meeting, a speaker zone silent, PA cutting out, a projector with no signal or a matrix dropping inputs. We repair commercial and residential AV, from legacy Bogen amplifiers to current Crestron and Biamp systems.
Every AV problem lives somewhere in the signal chain.
Tap what you are seeing. We will show you where it usually breaks and how we fix it.
Specific speakers are silent, a whole zone is dead, or distributed audio lost one of its paths.
We test the amp output, the speaker run and the speaker, then repair the one that failed.
Full repair guide →A display shows no signal, flickers or will not sync with the source.
We test the source, cable and matrix output, then fix the handshake, the run or the display.
Full repair guide →A boardroom or conference room system that worked last week and died before an important meeting.
We get the room usable first, then trace the fault through control, matrix, DSP and displays.
Full repair guide →Whole-house or office-wide audio has dead zones, out-of-sync playback, or sources that will not play.
We check the source and controller, then the network and each zone amp, and restore playback.
Full repair guide →Overhead paging is silent, the PA cuts out, or the link from the phone system or intercom is lost.
We test the paging amp and the zone wiring, then restore the link to the phone system or intercom.
Full repair guide →Background music in a restaurant, store or office stopped working.
We work from the source to the speaker: account, player, routing and amp.
Full repair guide →The projector will not turn on, the lamp is at end of life, or the motorized screen is stuck.
Replace the lamp or repair the projector, and service or replace the screen motor.
Full repair guide →The matrix drops inputs, fails HDCP handshakes, or one output will not route correctly.
We sort out HDCP and EDID settings, then test every input to every output.
Full repair guide →Wireless mics drop out, a mixer channel is dead, the DSP will not boot, or the rack shows intermittent faults.
We test the signal chain through the rack, then repair or replace the failing mic, mixer or DSP.
Full repair guide →Speaker or zone not producing sound
Specific speakers are silent, a whole zone is dead, or distributed audio lost one of its paths.
We test the amp output, the speaker run and the speaker, then repair the one that failed.
Full repair guide →Meeting in an hour and the room is dead?
Tell us the deadline. One dead display or speaker usually means a cable, an output or that device. The whole room at once usually means the control system, the matrix or power to the rack. We get the room usable first, then fix the cause.

You do not need the original AV integrator.
Most AV repair calls are on systems installed by integrators who are no longer around. Legacy Bogen amplifier PA from the 1990s, abandoned conference-room matrix switchers whose remote is long gone, and background-music rigs tied to defunct streaming services.
AV problems hide in cables, EDID handshakes and control programming, not just the hardware. We work the full chain: source, matrix, display, speakers and control.
About system takeover →What an AV repair visit looks like.
We test the full chain before we leave.
Phone triage
Which room, which gear, when it started, and what still works. Five minutes on the phone tells us which parts to bring.
Walk the signal chain
Source, cables, matrix, amp and DSP, display or speakers, and the control system. The first 20 minutes is isolation.
Fix on the spot
Common matrices, amps, displays, lamps and mic batteries are same-visit. Specialty parts get a workaround so critical rooms keep working.
Test every scenario
Every input routes, every display shows signal, every speaker plays, and the control system responds. Written summary and programming notes.
Repair, or time to upgrade?
Keeping old PA running
A 1990s Bogen PA is often still repairable. Common zone amps and controllers have aftermarket parts, and when a part is truly gone we fit a compatible substitute.
Analog to AV over IP
Analog zone audio to Dante, HDMI matrices to AV over IP, old control to modern touch panels. We assess the cable plant first and reuse what we can.
