Access control repair for any panel, any brand.
Cards not reading, doors that will not unlock or will not lock, readers offline, software nobody can log into. We repair every layer, from the reader and controller to the strike, the maglock and the wiring between them, including systems we did not install.
Every door problem lives somewhere in the chain.
Tap what you are seeing. We will show you where it usually breaks and how we fix it.
A valid card or fob gets a red light or no response. It can be one person, one door, or everyone at once.
We test the credential, the reader and the panel record, in that order, then fix the layer that failed.
The reader beeps or lights green, but the door does not open. The credential and reader are fine; the failure is downstream.
We measure lock power at the door, then test the strike or maglock and the controller relay.
Full repair guide →The door stays unlocked after hours, does not latch, or unlocks when it should not.
We check the schedule first, then the strike alignment and the closer. Most are same-visit fixes.
The reader has no lights and makes no sound, or the software shows it offline.
We trace power and data from the panel to the reader, then replace the reader or repair the run.
Full repair guide →You cannot add new staff or tenants, remove old ones, or the software will not connect to the panel.
We restore the connection between software and panel, renew access where needed, and confirm changes save.
Full repair guide →The system reports forced or held-open doors when nobody is there, or the local sounder will not stop.
We test the door position switch, the closer and the alarm timing, then correct what is off.
The exit button or motion sensor does not release the door, or it releases the door on its own.
We test the exit sensor and button wiring, then set the exit input correctly in the panel.
The panel is running on battery, shows a power trouble, or several doors went dead at once.
We test the supply, batteries and circuit, then replace what failed and confirm every door has power.
The installer is gone and nobody on site has the admin login for the software or panel.
We recover or reset admin access and hand the credentials to you, with a record of every door and panel.

Stuck open, or stuck locked?
One door usually means the lock, the reader or the door hardware. Every door at once usually means the controller, the power supply or the software. Either way, we secure the opening first and then fix the cause.

You do not need the original installer.
Most access control repair calls are on systems installed by companies long gone. Legacy proprietary panels, Wiegand-era readers that newer controllers cannot talk to without a wiring upgrade, and Lenel or C-CURE deployments orphaned when the integrator left.
The lock side is the same visit: HES, Adams Rite, Assa Abloy, Trine, RCI, SDC, Von Duprin, Mul-T-Lock, Seco-Larm and Securitech. Few NYC shops work the panel and the lock with equal depth.
About system takeover →What an access control repair visit looks like.
No bait-and-switch. We tell you what we are seeing at every step.
Phone triage
Which doors, one or all, what the reader and panel show. Five minutes on the phone tells us which parts to bring.
On-site diagnostic
We walk the chain: credential, reader, controller, lock power, door hardware. The first 20 minutes is isolation.
Fix on the spot
Readers, strikes, maglocks and power supplies are same-visit. Specialty parts get a firm order date and a workaround so the door still works.
Test every user and door
Every credential in scope works, every repaired door locks and unlocks, and the software shows the panel online. Written summary for your file.
Repair, or time to replace?
The honest math, on site
A failed strike or power supply is a simple swap that keeps the whole system running. A discontinued panel with no software support may be cheaper to replace than to keep patching. We show you what each option costs and what you gain.
Upgrade without rewiring every door
Many modern controllers reuse your existing reader and lock wiring. We test the runs first, so an upgrade can keep the doors, the hardware and most of the cable.
