Network repair for any brand, any layer.
Internet down, Wi-Fi dead zones, a slow network, a failed switch, or an ISP router swap that broke everything. We work every layer, from cabling and PoE to switches, Wi-Fi and the firewall, including networks we did not set up.
Every network problem lives somewhere in the stack.
Tap what you are seeing. We will show you where it usually breaks and how we fix it.
Nothing is reaching the internet. It could be the ISP, the firewall, the main router or the core switch.
We work from the ISP handoff inward: modem, firewall, then core switch, and get you back online first.
Full repair guide →Everything connects, but it is painfully slow, or slows down at certain times of day.
We look for loops, saturated links and failing hardware, then fix where the slowdown actually lives.
Full repair guide →Specific areas have no signal, or devices keep dropping and reconnecting.
A quick site survey, then we move or add an access point, or tune channels and power on the ones you have.
Full repair guide →A switch has died, some ports stopped passing traffic, or it keeps rebooting.
Replace the switch, move the dead ports or recover the firmware, depending on the failure.
Full repair guide →Cameras, phones or access points lose power or reboot on their own.
We measure the PoE budget and voltage, then fix the switch, injector or cable that is short.
One access point is dead or shows offline, and that part of the office lost Wi-Fi.
We check PoE first, then recover the firmware or replace the access point.
Full repair guide →A firewall change broke something, the VPN will not connect, or devices land on the wrong VLAN.
We audit the rules, VPN and VLANs against how the office actually works, then correct them.
The ISP replaced the modem or router, and since then things that worked do not.
We restore the firewall rules, VLANs, reservations and port forwarding on the new setup.
Full repair guide →Nobody has the admin password for the switch, the firewall or the Wi-Fi controller.
We recover access through the right path for that brand and hand the credentials to you.
Network down or no internet

Full repair guide →Everyone down, or just some?
Everyone down at once usually means the ISP, the firewall or the core switch. One area or one group of users usually means a switch, an access point or a cable. We test the physical layer first, so you do not pay for guesses.
Networks we repair every week.

You do not need the original IT vendor.
Most network calls are on gear set up by IT consultants who are no longer around, or by staff who have since left. That includes legacy unmanaged switches, pre-cloud wireless controllers, and consumer routers running commercial spaces.
Network problems are often cabling or power problems in disguise. We test PoE voltage, cable continuity and link speed first, then move to the configuration in the same visit.
About system takeover →What a network repair visit looks like.
We work layer by layer, so you do not pay for guesses.
Phone triage
Everything down, just Wi-Fi, specific users, or after an ISP change. Five minutes on the phone tells us which layer and what to bring.
Layer by layer
Cable test, PoE test, switch link status, firewall logs, Wi-Fi survey. Physical to logical. The first 20 minutes is isolation.
Fix on the spot
Cable swaps, port moves, firewall rules, firmware and standard switch or AP replacements are same-visit. Specialty gear gets a workaround.
Test and document
Every affected user back online, speeds verified, firewall rules confirmed. Written summary for your IT or management file.
Repair, or time to upgrade?
Consumer router, or real gear?
For a two or three person office, a solid consumer router may still be fine. With 10 or more users, PoE devices, VoIP or cameras, it becomes the bottleneck. We quote the upgrade honestly.
Working with your IT consultant
We often handle the physical and infrastructure side while your consultant handles the applications. Clean handoff and documentation on both sides.
