HEALTH CHECK · 01 / WE BOUGHT THE BUILDING OR BUSINESS

We bought the building or business

You inherited a system with no documentation. The health check tells you what is there, what works, what is at risk, and what to budget for.

FIRST STEP
An inventory of every system, then condition.
HEALTH CHECK · 02 / THE SYSTEM IS 10 YEARS OLD

The system is 10 years old

Nobody has looked at it in a decade. We find which parts are healthy and which are close to failing, so you can plan replacement instead of reacting to it.

FIRST STEP
The parts most likely to fail first.
HEALTH CHECK · 03 / THINKING ABOUT REPLACING IT

Thinking about replacing it

Before you spend on a new system, get an honest assessment of the one you have. Sometimes a repair buys years. Sometimes replacement really is needed.

FIRST STEP
What the current system can still do.
HEALTH CHECK · 04 / INSURER, LEASE OR AUDIT WANTS A REPORT

Insurer, lease or audit wants a report

An insurance renewal, an audit or a lease asks for documentation of your systems. We give you a written report you can share with them.

FIRST STEP
What the report needs to cover.
HEALTH CHECK · 05 / SOMETHING FEELS OFF

Something feels off

Footage sometimes missing, alarms that should not fire, an intercom that rings the wrong unit. We look for the cause before it becomes an outage.

FIRST STEP
The symptoms you have seen, and when.
HEALTH CHECK · 06 / NEW MANAGER OR IT DIRECTOR

New manager or IT director

You just took over operations and inherited a system you do not know. One health check brings you up to speed.

FIRST STEP
A walkthrough of every system you are responsible for.

Before you spend on a new system

Get the honest numbers first.

A health check tells you which parts of the current system still have years in them and which do not. Then the replace or repair decision is based on facts, not a sales pitch.

Health check FAQ.

It depends on how many systems and sites are in scope. We quote before the visit, after a short scoping call.
No. The health check is a diagnosis, not a sales call. If you want us to do the repairs, that is separate and optional, and the report is yours to use with any contractor.
Yes. It is a written report you can share. If they need specific sections, tell us when we scope it.
A service call fixes one known problem. A health check looks at the whole system and tells you what you have, what is healthy and what is at risk. Repairs are quoted separately after you decide what to do.
Tell us your deadline when you call, such as a closing, a lease date or an insurance renewal, and we schedule around it.
